The Luminary Midwifery team provides prenatal care and birth services at their beautiful, welcoming birth center in San Marcos, TX. The Luminary Birth Center is just 20-30 minutes from New Braunfels.
The Luminary Midwifery midwives are a true delight, as is their birth center! Not only are they warm and full of smiles, but they bring plenty of experience and insight. The Luminary birth center has been beautifully decorated and thoughtfully set up. It is located right by Christus Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos. They host many events for parents at the birth center and use the space for other birth workers in the community such as a chiropractor, massage therapist, IBCLC, and they host Birth Boot Camp childbirth classes just like the ones I teach!

The inviting and lovely lobby where you first come in! There's a bathroom right there and a fun play area if you have bigger kids with you (seen in action here!)
This is a stunning birth suite with natural light in the daytime. It spreads across two open rooms, one for the bed and one for the large, luxurious tub. There is an attached bathroom, comfortable resting places for your support people, and the tub also has a shower feature!
In case there are two births in progress at the same time, this cozy room is also available. It has the same type of large, luxurious built-in tub.
And here we get to see Erica in action at a prenatal appointment in the comfortable and friendly prenatal exam room!
